Grilled Cajun Fish Recipe

A friend thought me how to make this dish. I modified it so it would taste better. The trick is to use prepared Cajun seasonings. I use Old Bay Blackened Seasoning to prepare my fish. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 fresh Tilapia fish fillets, 2 tbs Old Bay Blackened seasoning, 2 tsp olive oil and 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Procedures:

1. Pour and rub olive oil into fish fillets

2. Sprinkle the seasoning on the fish fillets, making sure the fillets are completely coated

3. Over medium heat, heat grill pan

4. Spray PAM cooking oil. When the pan is hot, gently lay the fillets on the pan. Do not overcrowd the pan. Cook for 5 mins or until the underside of the fish turns white

5. Gently flip the fillets and cook for another 5 mins or until the underside of the fish turns white

6. Remove the fillets from pan and onto a plate

7. Distribute the lemon juice to each fish and let the fillets rest for a few mins before serving

You can substitute Tilapia with Salmon, shrimp or your favorite fish
