Easy Crêpe Recipe

Ingredients (Make 6 pieces):

0.5 cup all purpose flour, 1 large egg, 0.75 cup milk, a pinch of salt, a pinch of brown sugar, 0.5 tbs melted butter and 0.25 tsp vanilla extract


1. In a mixing bowl, blend flour, salt and brown sugar

2. Break and beat the egg in a separate bowl. Add 0.25 cup of milk and mix in with egg

3. Add the rest of the milk into the dry ingredients. Blend well

4. Add the milk and egg mixture, melted butter and vanilla into the batter and mix well. It's ok if it's lumpy. Let the batter sit for 5 to 10 mins at room temperature

5. Heat an 8 inch skillet over low heat

6. Grease heated skillet with butter

7. Pour in 0.25 cup of batter into the skillet. Quickly swirl the skillet so that the batter spreads thinly in a circular shape

8. Cook for 30 seconds or until cooked side is slightly brown. Flip with a rubber spatula and cook the other side of crêpe

9. Serve with butter, whipped cream, maple syrup or your fav fruits!
